This is the first new Legends game not for phones since MML2 came out in 2000. Fans are helping to develop Legends 3 by providing suggestions and voting on what they want to see. Prototype Version is a part of the process; Capcom will be soliciting feedback from those who play it here. Those who contribute ideas could even end up with their names in the final game's credits. Completing core missions in Prototype Version will allow players to check out additional areas that are still in development and a debug mode that can grant "special moves and abilities." Mega Man Legends 3 isn't finished just yet but that won't stop fans from being able to go hands-on with it beginning next month. Capcom will release MML3: Prototype Version as a launch title for the eShop on 3DS.
