See What Valve Has Been Drawing Up

Valve has Portal 2 coming in less than two weeks' time; beyond that and its work on Dota 2, it's unknown what else Valve has in development. Half-Life 2: Episode 3 has been the long rumored project we know is eventually coming, though the company could not be anymore tight-lipped about that if it tried. We might be able to get a look at what Valve has in mind for a future project by way of some concept art taken directly from the company's headquarters.

Images of this concept art first appeared after a fan was fortunate enough to take a trip to Valve's offices in Washington. Some of it was difficult to make out. Fortunately, after taking a trip there itself, PC Gamer has now posted 28 close-ups of that very same concept art showing spaceships, alien-looking humanoids, and more. There's been some speculation that it could be connected to Doug Church, the designer of the original Thief who also worked on the canceled Steven Spielberg project LMNO. It's hard to deny that some of the concept art does resemble the alien-human hybrid Eve from LMNO.

We're not going to be getting any definitive answers, but this art does give fans the opportunity to speculate on what Valve may have in the works.
