Dance Hero Development Moving Forward - Report

Between the success of Just Dance and Dance Central (pictured above), it's not an entirely unexpected move to hear Activision is reportedly interested in getting involved with the dancing game market. Not long after killing off the DJ Hero and Guitar Hero franchises (at least for the foreseeable future), it now looks like the newest 'Hero' game will be Dance Hero.

In the midst of the Guitar Hero/rhythm game frenzy back in 2008, Activision Blizzard filed for a trademark of 'Dance Hero.' Nothing has come of it to date. Kotaku now reports that it has learned development on a Dance Hero game is currently underway.
